PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Options

Full in advance with credit or debit card. Please contact us if you would like to discuss other payment methods (such as a money order). 

Canceling your Order

It usually takes 24-48 hours to process an order, if you contact us immediately you can cancel your order at no additional cost. If you wish to cancel an order after more than 48 hours from the time you placed it, please contact us. A restocking fee of 10% and handling and shipping costs may apply. 


RETURNS AND DAMAGE

Return Policy

Are you unsatisfied with the product you ordered? You can rest easy, thanks to our return policies you will never risk having to keep an unwanted item. If you return the item within 7 days you will be refunded for the price of the product minus shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded. All returned products must be in original condition. Shipping must be arranged with a white glove delivery service and appropriately insured, otherwise additional charges may be applied.

We will only refund goods if :
1. the goods are returned undamaged in their original packaging
2. the goods have not been used, worn, washed or damaged
3. the returned products has been sent to masonry-tools.us in a single delivery
4. the goods have been shipped back to Pipes&Fittings USA Inc. within ten (10) days from the date the package was delivered to you


After the products have been returned, we shall check the conformity of the products. When we are able to confirm that such conditions have been met, we will refund the products price.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to assist in the claim process. All shipments are picked up by the transportation company and signed for in good condition. When you receive product from our freight carriers, it is extremely important to inspect the carton/crate for any damage or even an indication of the possibility of damage before signing any documentation.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT sign any paper without having checked if the goods are unharmed and ALWAYS refuse acceptance of the goods if they have been damaged in transit. We cannot accept liability for damages to the goods, which you discover after signing the documents and complain about to us after receipt of the goods, because the insurances will not accept to pay, if the damage was not determined when the goods were handed over to you, prior to your signing. REFUND OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE GRANTED ONLY IF THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED. We thank you very much for your understanding.
